She earned her Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, specializing in nanoscience/nanotechnology, from LSU. Previously, Dr. Ashley worked as a formulation scientist at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on anti-aging skincare products for brands like NeoStrata and Neutrogena. Her experience also includes conducting analytics to support Revenue Growth Management and working with brands such as My Black is Beautiful and Pantene Gold Series.
