Cindy J Cosmetic Labs and The Cosmetic Concept nurtures its community of conceptualizers and visionaries by creating a safe space for Black woman-owned and founded emerging beauty brands to convene, collaborate and elevate through curated content and experiences. We aim to educate, foster inclusion and promote empowerment.
